My goal is help you to become strong and confident young women lacrosse players though you recognizing your full potential on and off the field.
​
I started my lacrosse career at Conard High School as a young man and years later help start the Cromwell/Rocky Hill youth girls lacrosse program.
Upon my passion growing as I got older, I moved into the high school level Coaching position eleven years ago.
I have had athletes and my daughter experience season ending injuries and college recruiting that include elite level Club Lacrosse.
I am here for anything you need to make you successful on and off the field.

I know how unfair life can be at times, but I am here advocate for you and to help you navigate these challenges if you need it.

I had an early recruiting experience and committed to play at the University of Connecticut quite young. After injury I decided to pursue my studies in more depth at The University of Hartford. My major is Communications with an emphasis in public relations.
​
After a career ending injury that left me unable to play this season I took my passion and love for the game to Cromwell High School, to help build a program that values empowerment of women on and off the field.
​
I have coached high school level girls for the past four years with the CT. Dodgers, Shoreline Sharks, and held personal lessons for players that I have worked with before.
​
As a young woman in the work- world and had the opportunity to play at the highest level of the game I look forward to helping these young women through the challenges they face and help them to become confident leaders in society as athletes and professionals.
